To Access Assessors’ Maps From Website

Go to www.masslandrecords.com and select Franklin County. Under Search Criteria, go to the section for "Plans" and select "Book/Year Search". Then you can do either of the following:

(1) In the space for Book, type in the Town code from the list below. Click "Search". This will provide you with all of the maps for that town. Click on the page(s) you would like to view, and on the right hand side of your screen click on the "View image" tab to view each map, or

(2) In the space for Book, type in the Town code from the list below. If you know the Map number, insert that number where it states "Page #/Plan #" and click "Search," then click on the entry, and on the right hand side of your screen click on the "View image" tab to view the map.
